Germany stalling on sending tanks to Ukraine

@soar2newhighs All allies will comply...eventually. if not in tanks...then in some other valuable way. Germany is stalling to get some other source to step up that will guarantee to fill Germanys fuel needs if sending tanks pisses off Putin enough to turn off the pipeline into Germany. Its winter in Germany... and Russia supplies all fuel needs to Germany....including heating oil.....used by 75% of the country. Diplomacy deals with a great deal more facets of need vs value than depending on opinions of "this is what i heard they should do".

Steal something, try to retain what you have stolen. When that isn't viable, offer to negotiate. Use the negotiations to return part of what you stolen while retaining most of what you originally stole. Demand gratitude from your victims for this.

Lie, and do not stop lying. The bigger the lie the better. The more blatant the lie, the better.

Falsely accuse everyone else of doing what you are doing

Use innuendo and vague threats to make people afraid of actions that you would never actually carry out.

Once the pressure has eased (because of your apparently 'reasonable' stance) immediately steal even more than you originally stole, and then begin the process all over again.

Keep doing this.
