Does public transport in England have bed bugs?

Not normally but I suppose a passenger might carry parasites that end up on seats in any public area.

Never had that issue
I don't know 100% if it does but it's possible if a passenger has them in their home then got onto it 🤷🏻‍♀

There certainly are other parasites on board so who knows.

@FreddieUK Just curious, have you seen online reports that it does?

@NorthLondoner There was a report in, I believe, The Telegraph which grossly exaggerated a report that one seat on one train had to be dealt with. Southeastern Railway immediately debunked story.
