@BluntSm0ker A thousand years ago, France was not France. It was a bunch of Duchies andProvincial powers. many with their own seperate language. In fact it was Napoleon who forced the standard Parisienne French on the rest of the nation to form the single united nation.. William the Conqueror was in fact a Norman, (no surprises there) from the province of Normandy..😷
