@wishforthenight Have you heard the latest from the DVLA I'm not going to discuss I was listening to a blog about their latest laws - they don't even inform anyone they just change the rules.

@wishforthenight ignorance of the law is no excuse, so be warned, I take organisations like the DVLA seriously and have subscribed to a Web site that will keep me up to date on their rule changes,
