is england 'england' anymore

there are so many people living here from foreign lands now that can you really call it england anymore? it feels like a foreign country here now.

In a couple generations, those people will be English, yes?
In my neighborhood in Germany, there are tons of people whose parents immigrated from Eastern Europe. But they all grew up in Germany, they speak fluent German, I just see them as Germans with a migrant background.
