there are so many people living here from foreign lands now that can you really call it england anymore? it feels like a foreign country here now.

England has always been a country colonised and ruled by immigrants.
The very idea of England is foreign. The Romans, Angles, Saxons, Jutes, Viking, Normans.
We could go on, unless you are a Cornish, Welsh or Scottish Celt (and they may have been colonisers) you are descended from immigrants. I see no difference
