Not only have I been to Brighton, where I have family, but until recently I lived in New Brighton, on the banks of The River Mersey.

I spent many years in Liverpool and visited New Brighton many times.
Did you know at one time there was a tower there similar to Blackpools?

@ArtieKat strange these obscure facts, the tower is gone like the sand that once was below it. Nice to have some things in common 😊
