BRICS is not a military alliance.. It is an economic association.. Kind of like the EU..

Since China and India are signatories to the non-poliferation treaty which bans nuclear armed nations from exporting Nuclear weapons or Nuclear weapon technology,, they would have to do it very secretly..

I don't see a reason for either to do that nor for why Brazil needs nukes. They're already the undisputed regional power in that part of the world.

Sure. The US makes a fortune out of selling weapons. There’s no reason everyone else can’t do it.
