@Convivial WOW, guess you do not get it. China places tariffs on our stuff, uses slave labor to keep their prices lower, so we need an even playing field instead of caving. I generally do not buy made in China

@RICHARD1313 So you think that tariffs will stop their slave labor? not in a million. Everyone has tariffs but to raise them to the degree they are as of today....that is nuts! you only do that when you want to start a fight or end all good will with that entity

@RICHARD1313 I think you probably buy more Chinese stuff than you realise... And I agree with you about slave labour but not all their stuff is made with slave labour, they're labour costs in general are far less than American labour costs, that's why it cheap

@RICHARD1313 yes, it is. if you had to pay $20 to set up a flea market stand in the middle of a big flea market and then the owners decided to quadruple your fee but only if you are Asian....They don't want you there. Or they are trying to start something.
