Visa isn't progressing.

In two days I'll go into meditation. I'll have no phone for 10days, we ought to leave it at the entrance and take it when exiting.
I'll get out without money or visa for China and I have to change my return ticket now, because I'll have no phone and since it can only be changed up to 48 hours before the flight, and I booked it for a day after my retreat.
It also can only be changed once...I don't know what to do.
If they won't give me a visa, plan is, to go and try from another country, Vietnam or South Korea perhaps? Thailand? Indonesia? I'm confused...

Alright. Update. I came up with a pretty cool plan. I changed my ticket to China.
I still have China as a final destination!!!
But this time, there's a transit through South Korea.
If my Chinese visa gets stuck, I can always get off to the transit airport, in South Korea for sometime.
Then try again to apply for a Chinese visa from there. See what happens.
But hopefully I can get a Chinese visa from here and avoid the roundabout.
😊

@being Good luck and have a safe trip!

@Menetics thank you 🤗

Where are you currently?
being · 36-40, F
@Menetics again, I'm not worried about the Macau visa or Hong Kong visitors' visa, but what I'm aiming for is a long term student's visa to China. That's a little more tricky

@being I’m sorry, I wasn't able to help.

@Menetics no you kidding? You are helping of course!

My friend... after meditation you shall seek knowledge to your question.
being · 36-40, F
@Sazzio I agree with you yes, I trust in this.
But also, since I've been to another retreat like this, I know that when I will be out, I'll need sometime to get back and function normal. So I need to prepare for this. But I feel like I'm failing to prepare...

Meditate where you are.

Don’t dwell on the past or the future.

@SW-User thank you, I will.

hmm I imagine this will be the scenario from now on, hardly surprising
being · 36-40, F
@metaldog we'll see, let's see...
being · 36-40, F
@metaldog just telling you, it's not as hard if one wants a tourist visa. I need a student visa for 6 months, that's why it's harder.
It's equally hard for many places around the world to get a long term visa, while most countries will be okay with visas who don't exceed 30-90 days.
metaldog · 51-55, F
@being oh I see, yes long term visas are always harder!!
