The DEA states that China and the Mexican drug cartels are working together to push fentanyl on the United States.

Why would China do this to us? It makes sense in light of China's Opium Wars, which almost destroyed their culture, their economy, and their country. They experienced a destructive drug epidemic first hand.

How else would they wage a bloodless war upon us, without incurring censure from the entire world?
