Define a Racist
I have not even looked up the word, can Chinese people be racist to northern Europeans or people from India be racist against people from China, or is it just against African prople.

thesunisout i do not know the exact definition but i will tell what i think it is where a group is verbally or physically abused due to the colour of there skin or the country they come from
