What does the "average gun wealding American" think should happen to Julian Assange?

He, although foreign to America, is currently Americas biggest freedom of speach, freedom of the press icon. I've heard you keep your guns in some ways incase you need to use them against your own government but yet you allow your government to control everything you see and read.

This is the least free country on the planet. Police have maced protestors in Italy, the British have surrounded their peaceful protestors because they wanted to make an Easter fun day for kids, even China has reports about their extinction rebellion protestors but the US apparently has a gag order on any protests?

Wth are you fighting to keep your guns for when you can't even have coverage of your words in the press?

Julian Assange didn't leak info for military purposes to foreign countries. He leaked it to the people. Your protestors, whether you agree with them or not are denied freedom of speach in the form of free press.

But you're apparently "the land of the free"

Silicon Valley could do something but they aren't because they're paid too much.

All that's left to defend your country is your gun toting, hunting "red necks" but they don't have a clue as to what's going on. Someone needs to get those boys up to speed imo.

The word is "wielding." And where the f*ck are you getting your information from? We do have freedom of speech and no, there is no gag order to keep people from protesting.

I'm not a redneck who doesn't have a clue. I'm a woman who is very intelligent, capable of starting and running my own business and, I believe in my right to own a gun for my own protection.

Are you a Russian bot?

@SW-User ty. My spelling was so bad I couldn't get my phone to spell it properly. I have random number and word dyslexia.

Not Russian.

There are protests. There are wb pages. Your celebrities have even released a song with the exact timing of the protests but your news reports nothing as usual.

People who actually like to know what's going on in the world but live in America listen to the BBC WORLD SERVICE because your news system is notoriously bad for reporting anything. I'm glad you have a gun, I think it'd be better used to claim back your freedom of speach but it's also your right to live in the oppressive regime you live in without caring about it.

@SW-User This is what I was wondering as well.

@SW-User it would be nice if I was a Russian bot. It'd mean I'm not saying the truth. It'd mean there aren't gag orders on your press stopping reports of extinction rebellion protests. It'd mean you aren't lieing to yourselves living under the illusion of freedom but actually living in the most oppressive regime in the world. The US makes North Korea look free when you actually take a good long look at them both.

@KaiserSolze I was wondering where you received your information. Freedom of speech is alive and well, here. The only place it has been restricted is at certain college campuses where right leaning speakers have been squeezed out by Liberal institutions.

@SW-User Denial is a very warm river.

@KaiserSolze I watch BBC World News. I watch other news programs as well. Just like many in the U.S. and all other countries, you too are a victim of whatever your own government allows you to hear. Celebrities? What makes you believe they know what the hell is going on in the real world? What news outlets are you blaming for not reporting the entertainment news as a real news story?

Please stop. You are coming off as a know it all about a country you don't live in and don't have access to seeing what goes on in our everyday life. I'd never be so condescending and presumptive about another country as you are being here.
KaiserSolze · 46-50, F
@SW-User I didn't say entertainment news wasn't being reported.

You presume Assange is with the Russians. You presume I trust any news station. You presume where I live. You pressumed a lot. Have a read of your own words.
SW-User
@SW-User Comments like yours, about liberal institutions, are people like this woman believe all the garbage they're hearing. You are talking about private schools that have nothing to do with our government.
SW-User
@KaiserSolze I think you are trolling....good job at trying to get a rise out of me....lol. 🙄🙃

@KaiserSolze

I am not presuming anything about you. I'm responding to YOUR OWN WORDS.

Please stop assuming you know me and what I believe. I never stated anything about Assange being with the Russians. What's wrong with you?

Guns laws here have nothing to do Assange and the situation that is occurring.
SW-User
@SW-User Yep. Agreed on little miss troll. 🙄
KaiserSolze · 46-50, F
@SW-User you have the right to bare arms but you ignore your right to know the truth.
SW-User
@SW-User I didn't say it was our government in my example, Miss Harry. I was merely pointing out the only case I could think of where free speech has been limited in this country.

How others interpret the information they receive is their responsibility.
KaiserSolze · 46-50, F
@SW-User if stating a contraversail (I spelt that wrong) opinion that others may not like is being a troll then I'm a troll.
