I feel rejected

Basically i applied for a job of delivery mail guy for canada post.

They even say that they are for employment equity, and going on hiring people with differences

But i applied and did a video interview

And they came back to me saying they wont hire me further.

I feel rejected because why denying me like that ?

I had every criteria they needed to be

Like it sucks

Come down east, brother. CP can’t even hire post masters here and they’re closing POs in the smaller communities. They are constantly looking for mail carriers.

The Postal Union shot itself in the foot the last time they told their Members to go out on strike and hold the country ransom. Now, they're paying the price after the Government of Canada downsized Canada's need for door to door postal service, encouraging everyone to use electronic mail delivery instead.

Sorry old man, but that's my story for the past year. There were probably has a couple of dozen other guys who also had all the qualifications so they scrounged for a tiebreaker and in the end, they flipped a coin. Besides, it's union work, right? I hear that can be difficult to penetrate.
