So Canada loses again.

Big dumb Doug Ford decided to interfere in American politics by running a bunch of ads in the US in the midst of US Canada trade negotiations. Sadly for Dougie Trump saw the ads as political interference and cancelled all trade negotiations with Canada. Lesson to Dougie Canada needs trade with the US much more than the US needs trade with Canada.

It's all good, Joe. When Carney found out, he started laughing and he never stopped smiling the whole time, which would tell me the whole thing was planned between Carney and Doug Ford, so don't sweat the small stuff!

@swirlie I live in Alberta. Our oil continues to flow into the US unabated. Doug Ford's cars and trucks...... Yeah not so much. Major car manufacturers are closing plants and moving them to the US. Thousands of very high paying jobs are disappearing and Doug Ford does that? How insane do you have to be?

All natural resources in Canada are owned by the Federal Government, not the Provincial government so the oil will continue to flow until Mark Carney declares otherwise.

@swirlie Not according to the constitution. The resources are owned by the provinces. Ontario's mines do not support Saskatchewan.
