Most companies offer pretty poor Healthcare coverage and our US insurance companies find every possible excuse to deny service. About 500K Americans are driven into bankruptcy by medical costs every year, accounting for almost 2/3rds of personal bankruptcy.

American healthcare costs more per person treated on average while offering worse overall outcomes than a lot of the nations that pay for Healthcare through taxes.

The Canadian system isn't free. But more often than not it is more efficient and more effective.
