Little known fact, but they make the BEST freaking Maple Bacon on the planet. We had it for breakfast at the Ritz in Montreal, and I have never been able to find it again...anywhere.
It was so good I called Hormel to ask them to call the hotel in Montreal and find out what bacon it was, so that they could import it under their name and I would be able to buy it. But nooooo. Hormel got all huffy and told me that THEIR bacon was excellent. (It's NOTHING close to the bacon at the Ritz Montreal!)
