Gotta love Marx Carnage

Yes the unelected PM of Canada former governor of the Bank of England former governor of the Bank of Canada whose economic reputation is one of ruin has just declared that the special relationship between Canada and the US is over. Not a wise move Marx Not a wise move at all.

Well he did announce there will be a federal election near the end of April, although I suspect just like with the Ontario election last month (or was it this) it'll probably justify him getting elected like Doug Ford got re-elected. Before when Trudope was still in office, the Liberals were actually gonna lose the next election, even with the NDP backing them up in a coalition; now with Carney, it seems that the Conservatives won't have a certainty in winning anymore.

@uikakarotuevegeta Yes I suspect this will be the end of Canada as we know it. The anti American United Empire Loyalists in Ontario will try to maintain their little empire and will thus vote Liberal. The west Alberta and Sask in particular will not go along with that nonsense and soon enough will hold referenda to confirm the desire of the west to become independent. Who needs the Ontario bigotry in the West? It has done nothing but harm to the west.

It's an enormously successful move for a politician who wishes to remain in office. He is running a single message that has huge resonance with the Canadian electorate. The Liberal party, which was registering 16% in opinion polls towards the end of 2024, is now at 46% . . compared to 38% for the Maple-Syrup MAGA. Another triumph for Trump 👍

@SunshineGirl Actually his message is not resonating outside of Ontario. This could very easily result in the dissolution of Canada. The West will leave.
After the way the USA has been treating you guys under Trump I thought you'd be happy.

"Yes daddy give me more tariffs" 😆

He's a former Bank Of England guy, not some crazy Marxist 🙄

@BritishFailedAesthetic Liz Truss has said otherwise. Marx Carnage was born to a school teacher in Canada's arctic. His formative years and grade school education took place in the city I am living in Edmonton. He graduated from Harvard then went to Oxford where he wrote his doctoral thesis. Sadly it has been shown that his thesis was plagiarised. He was hired by some big money outfit in the US based in part at least on his plagiarised thesis. He then went on and became governor of the Bank of Canada. According to the then PM of Canada, Marx Carnage was much better at blowing his own horn than running the Bank of Canada and his term was not renewed so he became Governor of the Bank of England. According to Liz Truss his policies have handcuffed England and as a direct result of his policies England has a massive Exodus of millionaires. Truss was interviewed by a reporter in Canada. It is on YouTube if you care to look it up. Marx Carnage then went on to form an investment fund and registered it in Bermuda to avoid taxes in Canada. It was based in Canada for a few years then he moved it to the US again for tax purposes. In the mean time he went to Beijing and borrowed $300 Million from the CCP bank. In his spare time he was the hand up the back of Trudeau and his disastrous 'green policies' that are bankrupting Canada and weakening Canada's economy.
You can blame Adolf Trump for this. No one else!

@Hinckley No it is all on Marx Carnage. He said his two biggest influences were Marx and Lenin.
