Only in Canada eh?
The liberal party long famous for their 'dirty tricks' in accusing their opponents of not being Canadian enough. They accused the conservatives of having their leadership selection interfered with because India raised funds for them. There is no proof of it and CISIS (Canada's security service) said that even if such an event happened the leadership candidates were completely unaware of it and are not beholden to India because of it. The conservative leader then asked about PM Carney's involvement with China. It would seem and there is documented proof of it that Carney while still advising Trudeau went to China as the head of an investment firm and secured about $300 million dollars in loans. So the accusation got thrown back at the liberals. Since we know that Carney is in debt to China to the tune of $300 million how compromised is he? The liberals have not answered.
