Who will come out on top to replace Mr Trudeau?

And, bonus question. Will this new candidate win the general election later this year?

@Guardian Tides are turning and it’s getting quite interesting now
Carney seems like a good guy, if he doesn't win can Australia have him?
Lilymoon · F
I'm guessing Carney 😑

Liberals are on a sinking ship.
Possibly Carney,
MrGrumpy · M
@Hatt94 They were. Numbers look better now but still have some catching up to do
swirlie · F
Yes, Carney will take the general election hands down with a landslide majority victory over Peter Polygrip and his extreme right-wing fascist party.

Who most people dislike about the Liberal Party is Trudeau, not just liberalism in general. Trudeau went way too far to the left and tried to wear the uniform of every special interest group that surrounded him in his attempt to appease everyone's needs, but then failed miserably at all of it. What Canadians want to see is Mark Carney who is an all hands on deck Nationalist 'first' and a liberal second. He is not a politician but instead is a pragmatist in his approach to Canada's future direction, which will be in a direction away from the USA.
