JT has just resigned. MC was a former Bank Governor for Canada & England. Given that Canada's economy is hurting and an election is a year away. Should MC become PM, or Chyrstia Freeland or someone else?

I think many have been talking about how Chrystia Freeland is popular with the liberal party, especially after her “heroic” resignation recently. I think this can be used as to show that she was against Trudeau’s policies, to disassociate from him, and win popularity, since Trudeau has become very unpopular, I guess it is important to make that disassociation with the upcoming candidate for the liberals. Of course it is silly, because she was in office for long, so resigning recently doesn’t mean much. Feels to me like another Kamala who will fail, because people associated her with the status quo and the current unpopular government.
