Day 2 in Canada, it has snowed another 11 feet (3.35m) and its -96C (-140F) and most people are in a frozen (frozen) stasis.

It's a strange place, those who remain awake over the winter exist entirely on a coffee style drink called a "double double" and food called "timbits" which I discovered are made from left over centers from American donuts.

@plasticpants02 i lived in ontario for 3 years in the early 80s when i was a kid...yep, some pretty cottage country their too. i remember visiting camp kandalore during winter on a school trip..froze my butt off but had a good time
