Montreal?
I’m not from Montreal, but…I’m in Canada at least.
What do you need to ask?

@ImpeccablyImperfect is it like toronto. Is there alot of factory work there like toronto
@Watermeloncandy in order to answer that, a montrealer would have to have spent time in both cities. My 40 years and 4 days there wouldn't be any good to say how it compares to Toronto. But there is a fair bit of factory work in MTL.

@FurryFace you're a montrealer, aren't you?

@ImperialAerosolKidFromEP does far bit mean alot?
@originnone and they did, to Washington.

@Watermeloncandy no, it means you can get it there. If you want to know how much compared to Toronto, I'd look at job sites and how much of the economies are invested in manufacturing

@ImperialAerosolKidFromEP Funny thing is Montreal never even replaced the Expos with a minor league baseball team. Most cities get a AAA team. But then there's that "other" sport that is far more popular in Montreal....
@originnone there is that other sport. But I don't think there was all that much competition between them with the seasons they occupy. No, what killed Montreal baseball was the stadium being ideologically placed so far to the east, New Brunswickers had an easier time getting there

@ImperialAerosolKidFromEP I just figured there was no interest. I loved Jarry Park stadium. The distance from the catcher to the backstop at Olympic stadium was about 12 miles. The ball would stop rolling before it got there.
