🚙 How far is your home from the downtown center?

Are the residents mostly next generation of older families? Or do you still get people from other places relocating there?

@CookieCrumbs I actually moved here because this small town is right next to a "college town" - - all of my neighbors, on my dead end street, are "transplants" from other states (they either discovered this area because they went to college here or they work at the university. It's awesome. We have the small town feel without the small town mentality 😉 Plus we are an hour from a major city (not too bad)
