Mandatory vaccine certificate

Ontario has now implemented mandatory vaccine proof for restaurants, bars, sports venues, concerts, pretty much everywhere.

As well as mandatory masks.

@SW-User hard to say how this whole thing is going to pan out but we might as well go with the flow. I mean it's like we don't have a choice anyway.
