@SW-User We laugh, but it may be that the woman has mental issues, or drug problems, or something that leads to her bad behavior, which would be sad.

@DunningKruger It could be the case... a person who doesn’t care whether his/her bahavior is proper specially in a public environment could be suffering something that needed help.
