A retail buying limit of $40 per day of diesel or petrol is being proposed...

That will get me 14 L of diesel or 15 L of petrol at the current pricing.

That will get me 2 round trips to/from work of 60 km each before needing to buy more.

If anyone needs to drive more than 100 km a day everyday, they will be unable to do so.

Green Revolution, then green transition? Nah! Green Revolution to the last burning, dead thing! No transition! Never!

@Roundandroundwego It's claimed to be driving a 'surge' of interest in EV''s. Which will drive a 'surge' of grid demand, which will make the grid fall over as it'll be impossible for everyone to afford rooftop solar + batteries + a shiny new vehicle on a whim.
