I really don't count boarder countries at all. Even I have been to Mexico twice.

@DeWayfarer I accept that I have travelled more than many Australians. But 25% of us were born elsewhere. So a trip back to "the old country" is almost a pilgrimage. However. Americans can get in the car and visit two other nations. We can fly four hours and still be within our border and we need to cross an ocean to go to another country. The closest being New Zealand. Which is sort of our Canada..Beyond that its a ten hour flight to go anywhere..😷

@whowasthatmaskedman Interesting. I went to Germany because of family there. To my dismay, they didn't know I was family though. Oh it got settled the next day.

@CreyvinMoorhead I have to admit Melbourne is not my favourite Australian location. Thats Port Douglas in Far north Queensland. But right now, they are about to catch a category 5 cyclone. We dont get those.. Or snow. And as a place to live, raise a family, and have all the services within reach and so few problems, I have never know better. I grant that Sydney is a better tourism city. But harder to travel in and more expensive and overcrowded..😷😷
