What else can one expect from a brilliant and erudite diplomat in a country of, well, let's say, would have a lot to learn from people like him.

His services are probably much better used in places that are in need of quality people.

Now, notice how diplomatic he was when referring to the leader of the nation he was stationed at? Now that is class!
