Letter to the editor time again.

A recent television news report stated that housing prices will continue to rise with the effect that even fewer lower income people will be able to afford a home.
It was stated one major factor contributing to the rising prices was immigration.
2023/24 net immigration into Australia was 541,600.
With 53,400 of those arriving in Perth.
It is seriously time to stop denying that over immigration is destroying Australians' ability to live with dignity in their own country.

Are all those immigrants buying houses?

@newjaninev2 Most likely not, but those that are not will be taking the rental stock.

@Gusman Fortunately, our generation owns most of the rental stock 💰👍😂
