It's already just like nursing almost 100 percent female staff anyway, now because of one major case this is leading the toxic feminist movement to claim that men working n childcare is 'incompatible' with women who dump their kids in childcare because they prefer to further their career over proper parenting of their children but do not want men to have any care of them when they *chose* to put work before family.
Teaching is not far off - it's probably 75 to 90 percent all female teaching staff.
