Australia seems to be going backwards(50s)

Major Corporations continuing to gouge the public whilst raking in billions in profits.
Insurance companies failing to payout in a timely manner.
Businesses not having their customers needs as a priority.
Housing becoming unavailable. Landlords evicting residents so they can raise the rent.
Immigration intake being raised to 235,000.
Politicians getting away with rape and corruption.
Lucky Country? Fallen by the wayside along with senior citizens living in cars and tents.

It couldn’t be any worse than Europe.
@Gusman Oz still need to be compared to the other options.. And on that score we are still gold.. Whether we stay that way for long is the question. But I like our chances, relative to others..😷

@whowasthatmaskedman Relative to others... It still allows for Aussies to be exploited. Vulnerable Aussies are being driven to suicide.
Centrelink gives welfare recipients Suicide help line pamphlets.
Robodebt...how many people took their own lives because of false debt claims?
Yes, we are better off than a lot of countries but we are fast tumbling down the "liveability" list.
@Gusman I absolutely agree. While Centrelink administered Robodebt, it is worth remembering it was a Liberal/National Party policy.. Just as well individuals cant sue politicians for being @$$holes, isnt it??😷

It's the side effects of a greedy society. Plenty of money to go around but one made into the devil for saying that these rich ass corporations should be giving more back to the communities they take from
