Has the U.S. woke crusade in Afghanistan and elsewhere undermined our credibility?

Have the wars to "liberate" Iraq and Afghanistan undermined our moral authority when it comes to Ukraine? What about the funding of Syrian rebels? Is it ok for us to destabilize countries whose systems we don't like?
