Well, I would say this: Although there is freedom of religion in this country, there are also noise ordinances written into our laws. MOST towns don't allow major noise until 7 am. We USED to ring church bells all the time, too...but THAT is not cool anymore.
If there is a compromise, I think that Muslims should have a private radio station and keep their own channels open for the call to prayer.
