Those countries are such rich and prosperous countries

The only downside to USA is that people own guns so theres much more shootings and violence

There is more shootings, not sure there is more violence, we just publicly report all the violence (while others don't) and then talk about it for 3+ months (while others don't) and it makes it seem like their is more...

Yeah, most countries only give them to farmers, registered shooting/hunting club members and not at all if you have a criminal record. Governments will hand them out if their country is invaded, so as the peasants can protect them.
