@swirlie I generally check for weather forecasts up to one day ahead.
Back in my Grade School days and even my High School days, nobody had these high-tech phones with apps that gave you the weather forecast like we do in this day and age.
I happen to remember many a winter night in those days, particularly on a school night listening to the radio for the weather forecast so I could determine whether the forthcoming day would be a snow day or not.
And most of the time, that pretty much ammounted to flipping back and forth between radio stations, because each station would play different things from one another, like while one station is playing music, another is playing a sports broadcast, while another is playing the news or some commercial and so on and so forth.
Also, there are times where you can't always trust a weather forecast to be 100% accurate.
