Tony? You mean like short for Anthony? Although with Lebanon being one-third Christian, that's not surprising.
I've heard that the expatriate Lebanese community tends to be among the wealthiest in the countries they emigrated to. I met a few when I was in Mali. They mostly ran high-end boutique grocery stores.

Just Tony idk if it’s short for something or not I am not a Christian nor a Lebanese .
In Saudi I’d say Mohammed , Abdullah , Fahad, and abdulrahman to be among the common names for males
For females Nora and Sarah are very popular
There is no house in Saudi except that it has these names
In fact both of my grandmothers are Sarah
And the Nora’s r too many to count lol
Lebanon is known for its religious diversity and high religious acceptance and tolerance
When Lebanon was doing well my dad used to own fields there.
It’s the only country in the Middle East with no desert and it’s very beautiful and if planned well could even be much more beautiful.
Lebanon in my opinion was doing much better during Rafic Hariri’s time before he was assassinated by hizbollah and then hizbollah took over.

@Moon3624 I didn't know Nora was Arabic. I always thought the name was Irish.
In my generation, popular boy's names are Michael, Steven, David, James, Matthew, Jeffrey, and John, and for girls, Jennifer, Jessica, Karen, Ann, Cynthia, and Janet come to mind. Kids today, it's like all the girls are named some variation of Kayla, Kyla, Kaitlin, I have no idea why that's so popular.
I've always heard that Lebanon was wonderful up to the civil war. Beirut was called the Paris of the Levant.

Nora or Norah or Nura in Arabic means light very popular name in the Arab world however two things could be right at the same time it could also be a name in Irish with another meaning.

@Moon3624 Right, it's just a coincidence. Like the name Naomi is Biblical, but is also found in Japan for unrelated reasons.
