At the moment it is only proposed. Anyway can propose any kind of stupid law. It doesn’t mean it will be passed.

@Ozymandiaz You are completely correct here, some extremely stupid law get proposed all the time, and hell a lot of them get passed.

Including things like not putting ice cream in your back pocket on a Sunday.

So if it hasn't even had 25% of the people.vote for it, then it means absolutely nothing....

Hell, in America's system, often times the House or Senate will pass something, and the other won't even vote on it, meaning it goes absolutely no where, and like it was never there.
