At the moment it is only proposed. Anyway can propose any kind of stupid law. It doesn’t mean it will be passed.

Including things like not putting ice cream in your back pocket on a Sunday.

So if it hasn't even had 25% of the people.vote for it, then it means absolutely nothing....

Hell, in America's system, often times the House or Senate will pass something, and the other won't even vote on it, meaning it goes absolutely no where, and like it was never there.

I think your confused about freedom... as freedoms goes both ways, not just your way.

People have the freedom to speak their own mind, but if they do it while being paid, then that's on company time and the company has the freedom to fire.

So yes, countries of freedom, not just one way of thinking
