Do you really believe our students are that far behind other students in other countries?

@tamilguy Just in general because they're always saying it but changing up the countries.

@FloorGenAdm Personally I have experience with an American kid a few years back.He visited South India with his parents for some kind of pilgrimage and I happen to communicate with them incidentally regarding potential places they might visit and hotels to stay nearby.The kid who seemed to be around 7-8 years old was pestering his parents for chocolate in a local shop to which I took him.He gave 100 INR to the shop for a 35 INR chocolate and was calculating the remaining amount to be gained for what it seemed to be like an hour whereas here in India(and even in most parts of asia) kids half his age does more complex math with ease.I still wonder how with disparities in efficiency like this one,countries like USA are the controlling powers of the world while the Asian countries lag behind them despite being more efficient and intelligent compared to people from these so called world powers(not generalizing though).

@SomeMichGuy I am not taking pride in saying that students from my country is superior to other one rather I am hopeless seeing the next generation of students from powerful countries are incapable.The Government can't just fail the coming generations.Already we are spoiled enough and the next generation is not getting any better.All the wokeism and useless ideologies spread among us/them are going to take humanity to stone age and insanity,imho.

@tamilguy The "woke" notion is tangential to being able to read/write and do math.

We have entrusted the education of our kids to those who are often not from math or science backgrounds, in elementary school, and we are reaping the result of that poor planning.

@SomeMichGuy I am not amounting Woke notion to failed education system.Instead I point out that despite educating them,they have been tuned with wokeness in them.In sense, what's important is not done.
