A question for the Republicans on SW.

Can you tell me what happens to the price of a product like a pair of trainers aka Nike, Adidas, Puma etc when Trump puts a tariff on it?

Does the price if that product go ⬆ for American consumers or Down ?

And, that price change good for Americans or bad?

So… I’m still waiting for a Republican to answer my question. I know it’s a struggle guys but come on… have a go..

Since the Nikes are made in western China by slaves, you are for once correct. There is little likelihood that the democrats will try to retake all of the slaves they once owned. But, maybe they will try, they sure gave up the slaves reluctantly, and maybe trying to figure a way to get their people back.
