Republicans, your wife, sister or daughter is having a baby. Her doctor tells her that there are complications with the pregnancy. She can’t deliver the baby. The baby is not far along enough for a C section. If she aborts the baby she will live. If not both mother and baby will die.
You need to travel out of state to have an abortion.

So you expect me to choose between one death or two...... Hmmmm Decisions decisions. What a stupid and leading question.
justanothername · 51-55, M
@hippyjoe1955 it’s a totally legit question. That happens regularly.

@justanothername Rarely happens. Sorry to burst your silly bubble. Now about the idea that the men control the women when it comes to pregnancy. You are extremely out of date aren't you. I have heard of women refusing to get an abortion in order to allow her child to live even if it costs her her life. Cancer is one such case I heard of a few years ago. The mom tragically died but the baby happily lived.

@hippyjoe1955 A bunch of old men in the Supreme Court have decided they know more than any woman in this country about the right to have an abortion.
DCarey · 46-50, M
@justanothername Justices interpret the Constitution. I'm sorry to break this news to you, but their decision is the only acceptable one under the Constitution. The decision belongs to the states. And I'm sure Amy Barrett would be really surprised to find out she is an old man.

@DCarey, well J. Barrett isn't a woman. She's a "right-wing, radical, RAY-cist (tm), misogynistic, cisgendered birthing person." So she's a guy, or something.

@hippyjoe1955 for some families that is a reality they have or will face.
