Yes, travel out of state to get an abortion and save your daughter/wife/sister
No, let mother and baby die. I don’t believe in abortion for any reason.

You can only vote on one answer.
Republicans, your wife, sister or daughter is having a baby. Her doctor tells her that there are complications with the pregnancy. She can’t deliver the baby. The baby is not far along enough for a C section. If she aborts the baby she will live. If not both mother and baby will die.
You need to travel out of state to have an abortion.

Pray that she can go far enough along so the baby can be born c-section
justanothername · 51-55, M
@Jake966 Nit last time I checked. Pro life’s are the reason Abortion clinics are closed.
Jake966 · 56-60, M
@justanothername you need to read my reply better , I said crisis pregnancy centers not abortion clinics
justanothername · 51-55, M
@Jake966 two obviously different centers. So just to clarify that My post refers the argument around abortions and therefore abortion clinics which have been forced to close in many states.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@justanothername A panel of justices determined that they were not the ones to write abortion laws and gave that prerogative back to its rightful owners - the state legislatures. There was no law passed or repealed. Just a previous court's hubris revoked.
Strictgram · 70-79, C
Every state allows abortion to save the life of the mother. Question is not germane.
MasterLee · 56-60, M
What ifs need not apply. Not a republican but straw man arguments...
justanothername · 51-55, M
@MasterLee The need does apply, you can’t opt out.
MasterLee · 56-60, M
@justanothername opt out of what
redredred · M
Option 3: stay home in one of the 25 states where abortion is rightly a matter for state law.
TexChik · F
No state would require the mother to die to complete a nonviable pregnancy.
MarineBob · 56-60, M
Abortions of Medical necessity won't Be illegal.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
So you expect me to choose between one death or two...... Hmmmm Decisions decisions. What a stupid and leading question.
DCarey · 46-50, M
@justanothername Justices interpret the Constitution. I'm sorry to break this news to you, but their decision is the only acceptable one under the Constitution. The decision belongs to the states. And I'm sure Amy Barrett would be really surprised to find out she is an old man.
billybcgn25 · 70-79, M
@DCarey, well J. Barrett isn't a woman. She's a "right-wing, radical, RAY-cist (tm), misogynistic, cisgendered birthing person." So she's a guy, or something.
justanothername · 51-55, M
@hippyjoe1955 for some families that is a reality they have or will face.
both die. next !
@justanothername going with the m beside your name id hate that too 👍🏾
justanothername · 51-55, M
@Nunlover I’d rather my wife aborted so that we could try for another baby than lose my wife AND unborn child.
RedBaron · M
Pro-choice Republicans too? I know some in that category.
