@soar2newhighs All that bill does is allow the DHS to collect data so that it can inform schools on best practices to stop a shooter, which is completely redundant given that such data and best practices already exist at https://www.schoolsafety.gov/

Republicans only passed this completely useless bill in order to make it seem like they were doing something.
