It is wild the lack of self awareness

Conservatives have about themselves.

They scream about the indoctrination of children through products and exposure to things that inspire compassion.

Yet they don't have any problem with excluding minorities, women, LGBTQA+, other religions that aren't theirs because they are so deeply indoctrinated to their ideas through media, talking heads on conservative media and other very baised and party line influencers.

They screech about the violence of the left, but yet, the majority of death threats and hate acts come from the right.

They live in this really weird world where everything that is different from them is Satanic, child grooming and violent, without bothering to look inward to see how they react and behave around their own religious beliefs, their sexually harrassing actions towards girls between 12-19, especially if they are older, and how they react to any ideas that oppose their own.

The mirror is dark and it shows.

People have a weird sense of empathy and compassion these days, no matter the spectrum of politics. How people respond within may reflect their "conservative or liberal" values in how they approach the world, but really the seedy part is how WE see the world and nothing more. It's a fool's game to blame the other when we are equally just the same
@FoxyQueen I don't ask you or want you to be, there is many things wrong in this world that are pathetic. You'd even think maybe 8 years were no longer, but here they are again rearing themselves like the KKK has taken centre stage (I'm being only slightly facetious), I just don't think antogonism or hurting inside yourself will ever change the world, and we are from a world that understands we are a community of hearts.

@awildsheepschase I also don't see the value in not calling a spade a spade.

But I do agree. As a global people, we have far more in common with each other than uncommon and none of it is worth hating, committing violence or genocide over. We all actually want the same things. Some people just don't think others should have them.
@FoxyQueen Or they haven't seen when those are taken from them, so when they fail in empathy they fail to see what someone is going through that could be them, if they were only born somewhere else.
