@Reason10 Junior Snow! That is astounding that the courts are so diverse! Especially since the laws are supposed to be uniform. And even more especially since these laws have not been used against any company in this manner in the 75 years since they were enacted, according to several news and business outlets. Isn’t it amazing that no other investor in New York has ever shown the value of his property as higher than others thought its value was in order to get a loan.
Of course, it was the judge who valued the Florida property at $18,000,000. Real Estate professionals, according to various news outlets that report business news value Mar a Lago at a half a billion to 1 billion dollars. Big difference there, but the judge made them go with his estimate of course. But there is no surprise here democrats have been doing this since their inception until about 1960 they took a break. So you have no evidence for your claim.

I realize that you write nothing so you have nothing to document.

I write plenty. I just know for a fact that the burden of proof is on you, because you're the one making the claim.
