We had an insurrection yesterday, and no one said a thing!

@Turtlepower If they had smashed windows to gain access, broken through police lines, tased and tear gassed police, and seriously injured law enforcement while calling for the vice president's execution, it would have.

@windinhishair Apparently some police officers were hurt. I'm not debating insurrection like the OP but I'm surprised the news isn't wider spread.

@Turtlepower Three people were charged with assault as a result of their activities in the Cannon Building. The arrests appear to be warranted. The news was reported by AP and others. It isn't being hidden.

@windinhishair You're missing my point. I'm not agreeing with OP but I'm surprised how little attention the size of the protests were from. I never said they were being hidden and I understand the conservative agenda and spin but I was surprised when I didn't see it easily visible on cnn for example. Additionally, the question someone asked was asking what the OP was talking about which is why I posted the link.

@Turtlepower I get the point. I saw reporting about the protest in several sources. It didn't appear to be hidden or minimized to me. We can disagree.
