Too bad the Cult committed crimes that over 1,100 of them are facing justice for, and that one of them made the choice to pay for her devotion to Trump with her life. Similarly, I condemn Trump Cult activities on January 6 when over 1,000 Cultists rioted at Trump's behest, breached the Capitol, and tried to subvert democracy. It is too bad you fully support their activities, including Ms Babbitt's suicide.

The law should be applied when it is broken. Looters, arsonists, murders, and killers don't get off. Neither should Trump Cultists, nor Trump himself.

Re 6 Jan, don’t believe that the assembling of massive numbers of people at the Capitol was unknown to certain parties; who, had they not wanted the chaos that occurred, would have done what was necessary to do something about it.

@soar2newhighs Pelosi had no role for Capitol security. Trump did as president. Hard to blame Pelosi for Trump's failure, particularly his refusal to call off his Cult when the seriousness of the insurrection became evident. But he loved, loved, loved the violence committed on his behalf and refused to do so.

I am against anyone who commits a crime. I don't do that selectively like you do and try to make excuses for their criminal behavior.

Of course there was a possibility that Pence would be hanged. There was a gallows set up outside the Capitol. He escaped, fortunately, before the Cult could get to him. I find it disgusting that you support the Cult and would blame Pence for his own hanging.

Pelosi was not responsible for the Capitol Police or the National Guard. No one really believed that armed anti-American Trump Cult terrorists would breach the Capitol in large numbers and take over the building and offices and try to kill the VP and others, including Pelosi. At least now many of them are pleading guilty or being charged, tried, and sentenced for their treasonous crimes. I hope they get every single one of them and bring them all to justice.
