A: The two largest annual budget deficits in US history were under Trump. And it isn't even close. MISERABLE FAILURE

Gosh, there must be SOME metric where he shows a positive. How about the unemployment rate?
A: Trump took office in January 2017. The unemployment rate was 4.7% Thanks, Obama! The unemployment rate in January 2021, when Trump almost had to be physically removed from office, was 6.3%. Gosh, he was a FAILURE there too!

Most amount added to the national debt by a president in a four year term?
A; Yep, that was Trump too. FAILURE

The lowest unemployment rate in the last 30 or 40 years?
A: That would be Biden in April of this year at 3.4%. Not Trump. TOTAL TRUMP FAILURE.

Peacefully transitioning power to his duly elected successor?
A: Nope. He's the only one in history who refused to do that.

I guess you must have meant any SELECTIVE metric of YOUR choice! He did have some significant accomplishments though. He did form the largest political CULT in our history. He did significantly increase the level of racism and white supremacy in our country. And he was the first to openly support Neo-Nazis.

@Strictgram OK. I will mention that Trump downplayed covid and its seriousness during the pandemic, killing an estimated 250,000 more Americans than should have died. And that data now show a positive correlation between the number of covid deaths and political affiliation. where Republicans are much more likely to die of covid than Democrats due to much lower vaccination rates. Thanks for bringing it up so I could include it. My bad.

We don't have open borders. We do have a legal obligation to hear asylum cases--well we do now, though that could change under Trump since he pays no attention to pesky laws and regulations.

Gas prices are a function of oil prices which depend on global market forces. No one likes higher prices, but we have little control of global market factors. Inflation is an issue that is also being battled globally. Thanks for bringing it up though as the US is doing much better than most other countries, and inflation is currently running 3.7%.

@Strictgram Some war! The amount of oil and gas produced in the US has increased under Biden. Production in January 2021 when Trump left office as 11,137 thousand barrels per day. The most recent month on record--July 2023, it was 12,991 thousand barrels. Thanks, Biden!
