In the 20's there was a black Wall Street in Tulsa, back when blacks voted Republican, which Democrats burned to the ground. In the sixties, when Democrat LBJ instituted the vote plantation using welfare, a number of Democrats were upset by the change in strategy, but all but three returned to the racist Democrats.
